So how was I able to achieve such amazing results?

SKALD tackles weight loss from a few important angles, each of which provides its own unique benefit.

• Fat Loss
• Increased Energy and Elevated Mood
• Respiratory Support
• Appetite Control

Fat Loss

We all know that we can burn calories through exercise, but did you know our bodies also burn a considerable amount of calories just doing day to day stuff? The process is known as your basal metabolic rate. We all know that one person who doesn’t exercise or eat particularly well yet still manages to stay lean, the reason is they have a naturally high basal metabolic rate. SKALD was specifically formulated to help you lose weight by increasing your basal metabolic rate. The result is burning more calories every day, even while you are inactive and not exercising.

Increased Energy and Elevated Mood

SKALD contains natural ingredients that are designed to specifically target your mind and body in a way that increases mood and energy. I believe this is a critical part of why so many people experience amazing results using SKALD. Normally when you go on a diet, you often feel irritable as your body adjusts to a lower caloric intake. Needless to say, when you feel drained and unhappy it makes it difficult to maintain a routine!

Respiratory Support

SKALD includes the benefit of respiratory support which allows you to push yourself harder during workouts, and therefore see results faster. I also believe the improved respiratory effect has something to do with why I feel like the energy is healthier and more natural. When you breathe better you just feel better!

The ingredient responsible for this benefit is Elecampane— a natural herb that have been used for hundreds of years to treat conditions such as asthma and bronchitis.

Appetite Control

If you’ve ever paid attention to your caloric intake/output, you’ve probably noticed it’s a lot easier to consume calories than it is to burn calories. For example, you need to run for about 45 minutes to burn off a single slice of pizza. Eating a slice of pizza is easy; running for 45 minutes is not.

The best way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume.. Of course, this is easier said than done. Food cravings can be hard to ignore and it’s easy for unhealthy eating habits to sneak up on you.

SKALD includes ingredients that are designed to help you take control of your appetite. These ingredients combat cravings and keep you feeling full so you don’t end up consuming more calories that will be difficult to burn.

SKALD Ingredients

Let’s take a closer look at the ingredients to see how SKALD is able to achieve the results that it does.

Before we jump into each ingredient it’s important to note:

• SKALD is produced in a GMP compliant facility, which assures proper design, monitoring, and control of manufacturing processes and facilities.
• SKALD is formulated and manufactured in the USA (this is a big plus as many supplements are made overseas where oversight may be lacking)
• SKALD uses all-natural ingredients

Caffeine Anhydrous

SKALD includes just enough caffeine to stimulate energy production for a performance boost and to reduce feelings of fatigue while improving mental focus. The caffeine in SKALD also serves as an appetite suppressant. It’s important to note that SKALD does not rely on just caffeine to give you the energy it provides, that means they didn’t go overboard with how much it has, (unlike many other fat burners out there). Which is a good thing, too much caffeine can create anxiety and jitteriness And as I’m sure you all know, caffeine builds tolerance rapidly and loses its effect overtime the more you consume it.

Each capsule contains 110mg of Caffeine Anhydrous—roughly the equivalent of one cup of regular coffee.

N-Acetyl-Tyrosine

N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine—or NALT—is a highly soluble form of the amino acid L-Tyrosine and is commonly found in nootropic formulations to help improve mood as a precursor to dopamine. It has also been shown to help reduce stress during exposure to acute stressors—such as exercise.

As I’ve mentioned, the mood boost after taking SKALD is one of it’s best aspects. Everything is easier when you feel great doing it, right? The mood boost is also thought to help you avoid stress eating.

Green Tea Leaf Extract

SKALD includes Green Tea Leaf Extract to help boost metabolism—a common wonder-ingredient in fat loss formulations.

Green Tea Extract contains a number of important molecules but the one we really care about is Epigallocatechin Gallate—or EGCG. There are quite a lot of studies on EGCG and this ingredient is present in the majority of all-natural fat burning supplements.

EGCG can boost your metabolism and help support your body’s ability to break down fat. This has been shown to be particularly effective when taken before exercising.

Green Tea Leaf extract also contains antioxidants that can be beneficial to your overall health.

Juniper Berry Extract (Juniperus Communis)

This powerful, natural and safe extract is said to replicate the effects of DMHA, the world’s most potent banned weight loss compound. This ingredient is supposedly very difficult to source, especially in a high quality extract. SKALD Nutrition independently sources the highest quality version of Juniper Berry, which is responsible for increasing your basal metabolic rate and improving lipolysis—which is the breakdown of fats for energy.

Even though Juniper Berry replicates the powerful effects of the previously banned DMHA, it’s all natural and considered to be a completely safe alternative. This is another ingredient that makes SKALD unique, very few fat burners have this special ingredient and none independently source it to ensure the absolute highest quality.

White Willow Bark Extract

White Willow Bark Extract is often referred to as nature’s aspirin and has frequently been used in herbal remedies to help reduce swelling, joint and muscle pain associated with arthritis.

The combination of Willow Bark, Juniper Berry and Caffeine is intended to create a powerful effect on your energy levels and metabolism.

Theobromine

Theobromine is a naturally occurring compound found in cacao plants and is largely responsible for giving dark chocolate its typical bitter taste.

Amongst the many reported benefits, Theobromine:

• Acts as a mild stimulant, giving you a natural energy and mood boost.
• Lowers blood pressure
• May help brain function, improving performance on mental tasks.

Elecampane (Inula Helenium Root Powder)

Elecampane has a lot of history in herbal medicine and is the other ingredient that SKALD includes under the banner of respiratory support. Elecampane is a natural herb that has been used in the treatment of lung-related conditions like asthma and bronchitis.

Bioperine (Black Pepper Extract)

The active ingredient here is Piperine—the common name for the patented BioPerine® named in the ingredients list. Piperine has been shown to enhance the bioavailability (absorption) of other compounds. This is particularly relevant to the EGCG catechins found in Green Tea.

Dosage And How To Take SKALD

The standard dose is one capsule taken on an empty stomach 15-30 minutes before breakfast. After assessing your tolerance, you can increase this morning dose to two capsules if you need to. I feel like one capsule is enough, but there are mornings where I didn’t get much sleep and taking 2 capsules gave me a significantly more pronounced effect.
An additional capsule can be taken 5-6 hours after the morning dose.

As a stimulant, all normal recommendations apply and SKALD makes that very clear on the packing:

• DO NOT exceed 2 capsules per dose.
• DO NOT exceed 3 capsules in 24 hours.
• DO NOT use SKALD with any other stimulant-based products.
• Never exceed the recommended dosage.

Claims vs. Reality

In my own experience, SKALD delivered better results than every other fat burner I tested. Over the years, we’ve tested and reviewed multiple fat burners on this blog , (links to fat burner reviews). I’ve personally lost weight and have seen results with many of them, but none have created transformational results the way SKALD has

After 70 days, these progress pictures speak for themselves. I went from 158lbs to 117lbs while increasing my muscle tone for a more lean and sculpted look.

But here’s the kicker, my diet wasn’t perfect and I didn’t stick to an insane exercise routine. I just took SKALD every day and tried to stay relatively active and avoided overeating. That alone was enough for a pretty dramatic transformation.

And I’m not alone, other customer reviews are also overwhelmingly positive. SKALD has over 6,000 ratings between Amazon and TrustSpot and an average rating of 4.7 stars out of 5.

Who Is SKALD Best For?

Based on our own experiences, we would say SKALD is best for individuals who are looking for an all-natural supplement that can help them make the most of their effort to lose weight.

You should NOT be taking SKALD if you are pregnant, nursing or have a known medical condition.

Is SKALD Safe?

SKALD has no known dangerous ingredients. They do state that exceeding the recommended dosages could lead to unwanted effects. This is true of most products, particularly those containing some form of stimulants (i.e. coffee).

As I had mentioned, SKALD is the only fat burner I’ve used that didn’t make me feel jittery and anxious. And I’m not alone, many customers have gone out of their way to commend the product on its lack of side effects (especially when compared to similar weight loss products).
